When I was on this Gymnastics website I really actually learned some new tips. While I do my cheer jumps, such as my toe touch, sometimes I can’t go as far up as I would like. When I was reading Pressing Handstands, it made sense because it shows you a picture of this young girl and showing warm up. First, you need to stretch it up in your straddle with all your weight on your hands. Maybe that’s a good way to stretch your wrist to? And then lift up, pointing toes down, so you’re trying to have them touch the floor. I can tell that gives you leg muscle with conditioning. Also there are 21 Mindset tips. Whoa, Some of them seem so helpful. I like the 11th one: Start your day by accomplishing your hardest task first. That’s a good idea because then you can get it over with. I need to remember that when I tumble because I wait to do the things I struggle on last, which is probably making it so I can’t even get it right. Are there any tips for gymnastics? I’m trying to really be able to hit my back-handspring but it’s been such a struggle because of my back pains, any tips?
